Apparently there are other ways besides this forum, and some of them can be accessed in-person.
Andrew said that at Milliways, an interworld bar, it is possible to leave things for other people with the Bar, and possibly go to other worlds.
There might be other places which behave in a similar way.
This thread is for:
-Offers of trade or gifts to be left in these places for others.
-Requests for others to trade or give things by leaving them in these places.
-Invitations to your world and warnings for anyone visiting your world.
-Requests to visit others' worlds.
-Other things related to trade, gifts, or visits between worlds.

I am willing to trade or give away things. The most useful thing I can think of is edited or unedited seeds, which I have access to. Here is a list of seeds I have access to and think might be useful, named by their descriptions to make them more likely to translate: home-tree*1, shop-home tree, hall tree, climbing fabric vine (various colors), dye bush (various colors), various food or drink plants, various medical plants, fozhe vine, soft-paper tree, hard-paper tree*, clinging contact-glow vine**, time-candle flower***, brush-pen bush, carve-pen bush, writing ink vine (various colors), glow-grass, nice smell grass, fire-berry bush, music-tool grass, glow flower, glow vine, shine-scaled tree (not money-creating kind, designed by the same artist), small-seed consuming grass, water-contain tree, flat-horizontal-surface clinging bush, and soft-stretch hammock fabric vine. If anyone would like elaboration on any of these or can think of something not in this list I might have, let me know please.
*Edited by me, to have tubular flowers rather than catkins, and to be more appealing to fozhe, in order to be pollinated while spreading less allergy-causing pollen. *1 The above edit and another edit by me, to make them more resistant to small-seed plants, changed some branch angles to make it easier to hang things from them, rearranged leaf-shape and arrangement to catch more sunlight, edited ceiling growth to leak less water, edited between living-sections wood to absorb sound better. ** Edited by me, to be easier to grow along ceilings and walls, to have a tendril that can fall down low enough to allow someone to easily touch part of it, for the whole plant rather than a small section to light up when touched, and another tendril twined around the first with a different colored end, which responds to touch to go dark. Edited to smell less bad. ***Edited by me, to add smaller markings for every five shades, and for the stalk to stop growing when it got to the correct length, instead of requiring harvest within a day of when it reached the correct length.
If anyone has technology or other useful things they'd like to give or trade away, especially things not available in my world, I would be very interested.
If anyone would like to visit my world, they are welcome as long as they do not bring dangers along. There will be available houses, and some basic edible plants associated with them, and I'd be willing to grow you a hammock. I don't know how long it normally is between times someone gets an interworld transport method, so you would want to decide on the risk. Social warnings: It is not acceptable to perform or publicly discuss edits to human patterns. It would probably be acceptable to be a human with an edited pattern, as I've gathered some of you are, if you don't discuss how the edit was performed. If you are non-human and do not pass as human, or human but accidentally reveal non-native type humanity, it is okay to say you are visiting from another world (not planet) but I'd prefer it remain secret. It is more polite to avoid touching people you don't know well. If we do not speak the same language, I think it should still be possible to communicate through the forum, either publicly or by private mail. I like almost everyone here and would be happy to meet you in person!
If any other worlds would be willing to have a guest for an uncertain length of time, and would be safe to visit, I would be interested in visiting, if welcome.

I currently don’t have a way to trade anything except information, but would be happy to trade much of that, especially if it’s not information that’s secret on my world. The line between information I can give away and information I will want to trade for is a bit blurry, but a good estimation is how much work it will take on my end to give it to you: if you want to know general details about what having a giant ball of fire a long distance away is like, I can help for free; if you want to know the details behind how to turn clockwork and caged lightning into computers, that will be difficult for me to look up and understand, and potentially difficult to explain, so I’ll want something in exchange.

I'm pretty fine with looking up public information from Nexus for people, but also staggeringly busy these days, so while I won't ask for something in exchange unless you want something genuinely obscure, I might also not get back to you with an answer very quickly.
Anyone who finds their way into my world is welcome to PM me and I'll try to arrange for a reasonably comfortable visit, but be warned that it takes about a week on average to get from one planet to another and you probably don't have any guarantee you'll arrive on the same planet as me, so while I can try I may not be able to do you much good if you land on Earth or something and it takes me three weeks to find you. (Earth is a little out of the way from most well-trafficked planets.) Also, the degree of friendliness and danger varies considerably from planet to planet. On the whole, I don't recommend visiting my world unless you can arrange it with me in advance and have a good idea of where you're going to end up.

Andrew, that is fair. I was thinking that people might be able to trade physical goods if any of us got to Milliways again, but information can be traded now. I am not sure what kinds of information or goods would be useful to you, so if it comes up we'll need to figure something out.
Leaf, I appreciate your efforts, especially given how busy you are. I am currently investigating whether we have metal with the help of my house mate. If I ever get to Milliways, I will check to see whether there is a way to send PMs from there, then check whether I can get to any of the other worlds. I'll let everyone know how it goes. If I find out I can reach your world, I will write down what I can see from the door way, then try to PM you, and maybe just wait for you at the bar if it works?
Is there anything anyone would like me to leave at the bar for them? Most of my work is published and freely available, so it would not be difficult or expensive to leave, if I get there. I charge for custom work, so that might be something someone wants to trade for.

It is nominally possible for Skafoi to enable travel to other worlds, but I am not currently aware of whether this is merely limited to worlds in my 'local cluster', or if Skafoi actually lets you go anywhere, given an appropriately skilled practitioner and a properly designed Wonder. I do know that time travel is possible using Skafoi, and travel to a world with which communications can be established seems easier to do than that. I'm relatively unskilled in Skafoi, for a Navigator (I specialize in Apokalypsi), but I have colleagues who can go anywhere that it is theoretically possible to go, so I may very well be able to travel to other worlds more easily and reliably than anyone else here.
That said, I'd be disinclined to attempt travel to worlds without an explicit invitation. Mania is effectively 'contagious', and I anticipate that using it to reach another world would result in spreading Mania to that world. As mentioned in the memetic hazards thread, there are serious psychological repercussions to Mania use, in the best-case scenario, and the worst-case scenarios are particularly bad.
I don't have any particular objections to visitors, since my world regularly receives all manner of unexpected visitors; we have a LOT of subworlds, many of which are inhabited. It's not an especially safe place to visit, though, since there are a lot of local hazards, of which Mania is not nearly the worst.

You can all consider yourselves invited to Sanctum, though it might be a little tricky to get here if your world's not already hooked in to the Central Portal Network. Let me know if you're interested in setting up a connection from your world to our friendly interplanar megalopolis, and I'll see if I can't give the Translocators' Guild a visit next time I'm in the area. They know a lot more about the mechanics of interworld travel than I do!

Assuming that I were to request a connection, would they be able to transport me directly, or would it require setting up a permanent portal? I suspect that having a hand in the creation of a stable transdimensional portal would get me in some sort of trouble, given that we nearly had an interworld war last time that happened, but I would be interested in visiting your world if that risk (and any others of similar or greater magnitude) was nonpresent.

I would love to have a connection to Sanctum, mostly because I want to see Fury's face when he finds out we're near a portal to a whole bunch of other aliens.
If you're in my universe, feel free to stop by, say hi, and-- let me make this very clear-- NOT TRY TO TAKE OVER EARTH. EARTH IS OURS. HUMANITY DECIDES ITS OWN FATE.
I'm good at fixing shit and inventing shit and you don't need to pay me in anything except an interesting problem. I'd like science textbooks from your worlds if you can spare 'em (or magic, metaphysics, however your universe runs).
Grigori, if you figure out extradimensional travel, let me talk to SWORD and figure out if we want mania. I mean, it's an existential risk, but so are the Kree, and one of those is happening a lot faster.
Gabriael, is Apple your universe's version of Stark Industries? Weird.

Ah, yeah, I understand your misgivings about setting up a permanent portal. As a representative of CORE, I'm pretty much contractually obligated to give you the whole spiel about how a connection to Sanctum could be a great benefit to your world, but I think I'll skip it. If I'm being perfectly honest, foisting a portal on a world that's not ready for one can lead to some really unpleasant consequences.
On the subject of individual travel, it's possible I could get a Jumper to ferry you back and forth, but they certainly wouldn't do that for free. I'm not actually even sure how willing they'd be to locate your world without the incentive of establishing a portal connection. I'll run over to Jumper HQ later and check for you.
EDIT: I'll also check on the possibility of opening a portal connection to Toni's world - Midgard, right? Sorry I don't have the info for you off the top of my head, but I'm not really involved in Translocators' Guild (that's the proper name for the Jumpers) business.

Mira, I already posted this in the introductions thread, but this seems like a more appropriate place for this.
I am overjoyed to hear that Sanctum is accepting visitors. The mudu steak you mentioned sounds amazing, I'm always up to try new foods!
I can pay for a Jumper. I am a bit low on money, I admit, but I have some rare items from my world I can share with you and I'm willing to do most unpleasant odd jobs you can think of. I'll even be a guinea pig for experimental magic!

tonistark: I've mentioned the existence of this place to some Peers, to general skepticism. Frankly, I'm still not sure whether to believe it myself.
Proper interworld travel, if possible with Skafoi, will nonetheless be non-trivial; the limits of what Inspiration can do are hard to approach. As such, I'll need to convince someone more experienced than I to do a major project before we can even begin to find out whether this is possible.
That said, we will in any event need a target world for the initial test. Are you interested in volunteering?

Gabriael, is Apple your universe's version of Stark Industries? Weird. No idea what Stark Industries is, but I think I like you! I need to run off and kill a few planetfuls of rampant nanotech, but when we get some simultaneous online time we need to talk in something approaching real time. Because Reasons! Edit: I'm back and I now have awesome self-replicating Giant Robots. I mean I had self replicating giant robots before, but these are cool.
