I'm not familiar with either Ingomei or the Kyuubi's blessings. Is more information on these available anywhere?
Is there anything you're interested in importing?

Grigori's world is not very friendly to travel in or out, or to high-bandwidth data connections. I'm flying under the radar, but you should be able to send attachments up to about a megabyte. For reference, the Grid seems to be an exception; I've been getting ~terabyte-sized packages from Thorn with no apparent problems, though I'd hesitate to test the loadability of those through the mundane Internet, given the problems associated with information from Eclipse.

Ingomei is a hard, dark wood that's practically impossible to damage.
I'm not certain what we might want to import! What do you have to offer?

We have a wide variety of commodities. I'm not sure what might be considered more valuable elsewhere than here... - Bleach is a toxic, caustic liquid, useful for cleaning things that otherwise might carry infections, or for whitening cloth.
- Aluminum is a soft, silvery metal, resistant to corrosion, about a third as dense and about a third as stiff as steel.
- Paper is a thin sheet of soft white organic material, suitable for writing on. A stack of two hundred sheets of paper is collectively no thicker than the width of my hand, and yet the individual sheets are sturdy enough to handle regularly without tearing.
- Rubber is a firm, flexible, springy material, suitable for padding objects against sharp impacts. It's a good material for making the soles of shoes.

I'm familiar with rubber, and not interested. Aluminum is interesting, it sounds like titan metal. We already have quite fine paper of our own from the Ingomei. Bleach might be useful.

I'll see about getting some bleach and aluminum for you, then.

Oh, I should also warn you that bleach should only be used somewhere with plenty of ventilation, such as outdoors. The fumes can be toxic if allowed to accumulate in a small enclosed area.

trading would be a good thing, I have several things to offer: sea serpent scales, which make the water helpful to you and improve your swimming, snowsnake fangs, which lessen the cold when it is cold, and salamander tails, which lessen the heat when it is hot. the deerpeople like sea silk and pearls, I could trade small amounts of those for valuable things. to receive I like the glazed glass, some of botanical engineer’s seeds, maybe Kyuubi's blessings and maybe ingomei if it was already shaped into something useful like a spear. Glen's technology is very interesting too, and if its power was strong enough I could offer more valuable things like phoenix feathers. for other people it seems that there is no way to trade right now except through the OTC sharks, but maybe in the future.

Aluminum is interesting, it sounds like titan metal. Bleach might be useful. You should have some bleach now. You might try diluting some of it; a mixture of one part bleach to ten parts water is somewhat less hazardous to handle, and is still useful for some applications.

If I'm not sure what kind of environment I'm going to be in, could I use a snowsnake fang and a salamander tail at the same time, so that I get whichever kind of protection I need, or do they cancel each other out?

Yes, they work well together, and there are very few of my tribe who don't have both. They only affect the heat or cold when it becomes uncomfortable.

This will be quite useful for cleaning the temple. Thank you very much.
Would you like something in exchange?

Thank you! Ingomei sounds interesting. I would also appreciate health blessings, though I would prefer to avoid fertility. Whatever's easiest for you is fine.

I can trade all kinds of tasties. Flies and gnats and ants and snakes and lizards! Do you have different tasties?
