Would people be interested in an IRC channel? (Either IC or OOC, I suppose.)

Why not both? But particularly OOC, I think.

I have some trouble with IRC channels if they get crowded at all, so I don't want there to be any kind of policy that stuff has to happen on IRC vs. here, but other than that it sounds like a good idea.

I introduced Homura (display name: Nutcracker Witch) to the forum rather than Sayaka. I was hesitant for a few reasons (her horrific people skills being one of them), but I remembered a storyline for a cross-over fanfic I came up with a few months ago that might work well with this forum, especially if others want to participate, as it involves travel to other worlds. I'll post details once I have a better idea of what exactly I'm doing.

For an IC irc channel especially* I would like some form of fairly robust logging (probably which would be ICly available), but other than that, yes, that sounds interesting! Particularly an OOC one, which would likely be useful for coordination.
*I would like this for an OOC one too, but it seems higher priority for an IC one

Yeah, if we have an IC channel I definitely want it to be really well logged.

Okay, the OOC channel is now #backstage on irc.psigenix.net. I'm logging, but this is not robust against e.g. a power outage at my house. I'll hold off on the IC channel until there's something more reliable on that front.

The proportion of sentients on this forum in good situations seems to be rapidly approaching zero. Hahahaha. That's all I wanted to say.

Zot is based on Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup 0.16, as evidenced by the nonexistence of the potion of porridge.

Ha, I love the subtle introduction to Cloudbank, Royce. I didn't get it until the last post, but now all I can do is hear those haunting tunes in the back of my head while I read your posts. Spoilers to the setting below. Royce is from the game Transistor, no doubt.

Not forgettable, I just hadn't played the game in about a year. The failing is on the reader not the setting

I probably should've mentioned this way earlier, but I'm probably going to stay inactive for a while. I'm doing some background brainstorming on what the in-character reason will be, but the OOC reason is just that my brainpower doesn't currently want to allocate itself to roleplaying. I'm hoping to come back within a couple more weeks, though.
