I don't know. Do I sound like I'm me?

I don't know. Do I sound like I'm me? Lovely, you sound like you're a whole world in yourself, and that's the most exciting thing I have heard in centuries. Not that I get out so much. Maybe I'll have the pleasure someday. How much do you know about yourself? For instance, do you know the composition of objects in you? How precisely do you sense the passage of time?

This might be hard to explain...
I have to know what all the things in me are because if I don't make them be there, then they aren't. Except people. People mostly take care of themselves that way.
And I'm not sure what you mean by sensing the passage of time, or how to say whether I was doing it more or less precisely.

silver : You often uses the " " is this part of the whole "Non-human mind entity" thing or do you actually get what it means? edit: Also, there are place sin my world where time flows weirdly, is that the kind of thing that Elements find problematic?

And yes, that sounds very problematic. What sort of weird ways?

It isn't anything like Sapphire mentioned, no time travel, but some places time flows slower or faster, there is a pocket dimension roughly the size of Europe where time flow is not stable, like, sometimes it is slower than the regular Earth's and sometimes it is faster. It isn't really that much of a problem to us and I doubt it is the same kind of time problem you have in your own world.

Time flow altering at particularly inconvenient moments?

Sorry, I didn't mean to be too technical. It is in the job description. "Spiderwebbing" is when time anomalies spread along a certain sort of pattern -- there's some technical maths involved, but the analogy is really lovely. It can actually look like spiderwebs sometimes, but the key idea is that time at the initial, largest damage is sensing and controlling the subsidiary anomalies. "Ghosts" are a sort of time repetition; imagine a photograph that's been exposed twice over, and there's a shadow of the first exposure on the film. They're usually of an anachronism, or of a person who caused it. They actually look transparent sometimes, and usually can't interact with material objects in conventional ways. They have a limited set of actions, echoes of that earlier exposure. Humans find them frightening, but they're not dangerous in and of themselves, only a symptom.

Never heard of those things happening, only weird time flow. Maaaaaybe some pocket dimensions do stuff like being inconvenient about time, but I would bet that it isn't because of your kind of problems.
