Your items have been sent, adapted as necessary to winged bodyforms. Thank you! Things are looking promising and I should place a second order in the near future.

We're willing to pay a provisional 50 OTC per crystal until we have a better understanding of their capacity and operation. Your mercury reaches has been sent.

My desire to purchase mercenary services depends heavily on how much such services would cost. I would likely reserve it for particularly threatening and urgent Neuroi. Attached is a list of 23 people who would like dyne kits. Their minting will help fund further arms and mercenary services purchases in the future, as well as purchases of their own. Please let me know. (List of people in the format lastname, firstname, rank) Sent. The price of mercenary services depends on the form of mercenary you wish to hire. More details on the 'Neuroi' would be helpful for determining the most cost-effective solution.

Yeowch, hundreds all at once is really sharp. I definitely wouldn't want to do that all day. Yeaaah I'm not actually sure you won't manage to reverse-engineer or otherwise duplicate them. Can you give me some sort of assurance on that, preferably in the form of prepayment, collateral, or contract?

More details on the 'Neuroi' would be helpful for determining the most cost-effective solution. Quoting another of my posts: "The Neuroi first appeared 26 years ago, in 875 A.D. They are large, tall, sometimes-flying black things in a variety of shapes that are supernaturally strong, can fire red energy hotter than Prometheus's fire, and regenerate rapidly from any wound. They can only be killed by striking a dozen nodes in rapid succession, or by destroying their core crystal. Half a dozen Witch strike squads working together with two or three legions of ground forces and light siege can typically destroy a Neuroi legion with only 15-20% casualties, but we can't sustain such a large armed force as the Neuroi seem to. Ostmark, Greece, Dazia, the western edges of Orussia, and large parts of Turkey are now solely comprised of black glass. Hurricanes spin off from the infected areas and destroy crops thousands of miles afield. No attempt to communicate with the invaders has been successful. They move like machines, taut with killing intent and senseless to anything they are not trying to slay." Additional information will be arriving via PM.

The OTC can manufacture essentially arbitrary objects given enough investment of time and effort, and it would be very little trouble for the Consortium to send one of its agents into your world to retrieve a crystal. We could then duplicate that crystal many times over. However, this would be a colossal waste of our agent's time and our manufacturing lines' time. It's far more cost-effective for us to simply buy stock from you.

Tzen High Command would like to inform the OTC that the Tzen Empire is willing to detach Warriors for mercenary work, if the Empire is compensated appropriately.

OTC can you sell magic antivirus software? Yes, but it's likely overpriced for what you need: Eclipse anti-infomorph measures should be sufficient to your situation. We may be able to sell you an appropriately-quarantined software package.

I have seven (three tiny, three small, one medium) that I am willing to part with right now, and can acquire more fairly easily. I can't outright manufacture them at this time, but if your anti-infomorph countermeasures work it should be just a matter of time. Would I be under any further obligations or conditions if I take your deal?

The Tzen Empire, more than anything else, possesses Warriors. Given weaponry equal to the Enemy's, I would call a Tzen the equal of any ten other sentients.

We may be able to sell you an appropriately-quarantined software package. May I send you an example of infected code, so you can verify that your antivirus will work? Edit: Then go ahead and take 'em. They're in my hand now. Give me a Chron back, please, it seems like having one spare would be handy.

Adaptability. Efficiency. Discipline.
We are prepared to offer the services of one hundred Tzen Warriors as a trial. We will not elaborate on the specific technologies or military tactics used by Tzen: we are confident, however, that our hundred Warriors will be capable of efficiency with any Tzen-operable weapons platform you choose to train them with.
