Also, can these currencies be cashed back out? For example, could I purchase an additional five years of lifespan for 95.31 OTC?

Do I understand correctly that a sacrifice for Takkarash only requires unpleasant sensation, not actual injury? Can you give some examples of how the values of Takkarash sacrifices scale with more intense pain, or chronic pain sustained over a longer period? Do you have any interest in buying commodities, or only in selling? We are interested in buying commodities, even ones that may appear mundane to you.
Takkarash only require unpleasant sensation, but the sacrifice is instantaneous: however, sequences of sacrifice can emulate chronic pain, so it's really six of one, half-a-dozen of the other.
If you attend to the exchange rates, one Ka is worth about a thousand Takkarash: that level of pain as one sacrifice might be roughly equivalent to putting one's hand directly into a fire. You might also build it from ten pains roughly equal to a broken bone, or a hundred pains roughly equivalent to being punched in the face. This, of course, varies with your tolerance to pain.

All OTC-issued Buddhitanka, Ka, Chron, Takkarash, Izikiel, Udi, and Cernnous can be redeemed for face value given one week's notice.

Does a person's specific pain tolerance devalue their sacrifices? How is this calculated?

Does a person's specific pain tolerance devalue their sacrifices? How is this calculated? One Takkarash is equal to the same subjective intensity of pain, regardless of who experiences it or how they experience it. I am not one of our minting staff, and don't know the exact details of how that's achieved. I would assume magic.

For that matter, can Chrons be redeemed for effects akin to a time stop? Also, what happens when a picoCernnous (or a full Cernnous) is redeemed?

The question of how much pain a particular person must sacrifice to create a Takkarash seems highly relevant to any attempted purchases using that currency.

An izikiel being redeemed grants you a ward against painful events. You do not stub your toe on a chair, and that subtracts an amount of pain equal to a toe-stub from your protection balance. And so on.
Chrons do not necessarily give you time immediately, but they are guaranteed to give you time that you need. If you redeem one in a high-stress situation, then yes, they may manifest in that way.
Pico-Cernnous are not worth our time to redeem in most cases. Generally we only redeem god-chrons and up. (One second of a god's time, roughly equal to about 20 regular chron.) When you redeem, one of our in-house deities is given whatever request you have, and they work on your request for that period of time.

For everyone. Regardless of pain tolerance. If you have less of a pain tolerance, you will still feel the same amount of pain, just as if you have more of a pain tolerance. One Takkarash is one Takkarash is one Takkarash, only the analogous injury that causes the same amount of pain changes.

I would like to mint ten Takkarash, convert to Ka, and redeem. (If my math is right, I think this should earn me about two weeks of lifespan.)
Is it possible to perform multiple Takkarash sacrifices in very rapid succession? Does this tend to devalue the sacrifices?

It seems more like what I would have expected from redeeming a Takkarash.

At a current exchange rate of 1,166.5964 Takkarash/Ka, that comes to 22.4345 Takkarash per week. Is your year-length or week-length a non-earth length?

An Izikiel sees to it that an appropriate bushel of your enemies are rendered dead or otherwise humiliated, and that you will recieve appropriate satisfaction from it. It is not particularly directed.

Apologies: 4.4869 Takkarash per week of life is correct at the current exchange rates, so 10 Takkarash would give you a little more than two weeks.
I can perform the minting now if you wish, Ahrotahn.
