I agree it sounds nifty. And Inaplot should be resolved within the next few days, hopefully.

I have another Character and Universe. It's an earth with spirits. Some spirits are pretty powerful, have mental capabilities and can bewitch humans to make them forget or change their emotions or give them vivid dreams in which the spirit can take any form and which the spirit and human experiences as if they were real. The Cat Spirit just died and his owner(main character of the attached stillborn story) finds out that the reason he never had a girlfriend even though he was good looking and fit is that the spirit declared him his husband, drove everyone off and had constant dream sex with him.
One of the cat spirit's courtiers is a minor spirit of silence and invisibility, Cat's Stealth and he voluntarily followed her in death. The Character was a human, who is now declared new spirit of silence and invisibility, who will now live ten years and one day before dying, no matter what he does.
He can turn things transparent and conjure a black smoke that swallows all sound. But if he does it to someone, including himself, they are blind and deaf. He can do only parts of his body, but then the blood comes out of the other parts and looks really gross. He uses his new found power together with a group of doctors sworn to secrecy to find tumors and use high powered lasers to destroy them without cutting up the (unconscious)patients.
My main goal here is to have someone who can just hang out on the forum and chatter over inconsequential stuff while being quietly depressed that nothing he tries on the forum helps him.

Some ideas that I wanted to write it down (and possible get feedback) Fan-settings: * Ned, the piemaker. * The Elay prime that has been assisting Write it Down with giving forum blessings. Expect a lot of exclamations points, all caps and if that happens. ** A man that is going to be WiD's boyfriend, I want to make him a masochist that enjoys pain-minting, but that sounds too much of a Joker (specially because I would use him to make attractive, since there been complaints of lack of attractive men in the forum). This man might or might not be a Elay's prime relative. * Ronaldo from Steven Universe, which is a terrible idea, but it would be so hilarious that I can't let go. ** Of course this would eventually lead the way to other SU characters. * Goblin Tinkerer and assorted Terraria NPCs, the world would be a slightly altered version of terraria (villages and cities exist, not sure about all the cubes). Original-settings: *A person based on the "NPC seller" archetype, from a world called "Quest" where people receive magical quests to get rewards. It isn't an out right videogame or rpg world, but it is heavily inspired with a lot of comment on tropes. *Someone from a world where reincarnation exists, and they can trade some of the local magic words.

I want to get back into writing for fun, and to writing on the forum. I've been thinking of including Frisk and Chara from Scrupulosity: The Game. (I enjoy the game, but it often requires bizarre mental gymnastics to do so.) Would that be okay? Would people be interested/respond? Will it be a problem if I suddenly realize that I can't write the characters and drop them?

Is the forum alive enough for me to expect something to come of GNOMEing here? If yes, should I use my customary caps lock or should I figure out something else?

The forum's pretty dead, though something might happen if something starts happening.
I see no reason not to capslock. It wouldn't be the first character with an annoying typing quirk.
