Some days ago I saw a dragon take off from inland, and dragons are rare here. I looked until I found where it had been. It had dropped no scales, but it did leave a burned place on the rocks, and on the edge of that was a dead two-in-one, with one of its pieces turned almost to ash but the other piece mostly whole. When I tried on the remaining horn it gave me this place. It must be that since it had nothing left to connect to, this place connected to it instead.
It looks like other people have to do more to use this place than I do. For me I can reach it whenever I think about it, as long as I have the two-in-one's horn as an earring. The information is spread out in layers, and I go deeper to reach different pieces. I leave information by thinking it there.

AHA! I've restored the signal! And it works Better! Success!
My transastral pentagulator was lacking in its ability to access the forum other than the main portions. I don't believe it could have sent a private message that was not a reply; it's sensory apparatus was entirely inadequate for the actual size of Vg space. I have rebuilt it! The Mark 2-7 Vg Transastral Locator can detect about 70 distinct apparent worlds, with about 90 distinct users who have connected. It needed extensive recalibration to account for the movement of the spheres, but now it works again!

The forum showed up for me when I was trying to fix a problem in my Comm-Watch's receivers. It appears as a standard forum website when I set one of the receivers to normal internet and the other to a frequency that doesn't correspond to any functions I know.

I receive a visit from a completely inexplicable carrier pigeon carrying letters from this place every few days.

One day I found a tablet, it is made of glass and metal, and works through some weird magic to create images and sounds. It told me how to use it and led me to the forum.
edit:
The forum itself is very blue, with white letters... There are a lot of retangles, each user has their own image that is displayed in the left of the writting space... there is a bunch of more details, that are hard to explain.

This forum manifests as a command node in the hive structure, which I and no other HIVERs can psychically link to. Normally the purpose of these nodes is to receive and relay orders, but I can communicate more freely with this one in particular.

We can connect to this place while dreaming, it is a lot like visiting a forum on the internet, albeit with some "off" details. There is no keyboard or mouse, so I can just will for entire phrases or words to appear.

We can connect to this place while dreaming, it is a lot like visiting a forum on the internet, albeit with some "off" details. There is no keyboard or mouse, so I can just will for entire phrases or words to appear. After some testing, we managed to alter our perceptions such that the place looks like a book or a scroll, but it is harder to keep hold of the forum while we do that. ITL also managed to manifest "printed" versions of the forum with his powers, so we now can read it while awake.

I found a jar of little blue lights on the ground, hidden within tall grass. When the jar is opened, the lights emerge and whisper the contents of the forum. Some of the messages have also caused the lights to show pictures or visions. I asked the lights to pick a less obtrusive color, and now they are yellow and light brown. The lights return to the jar when I begin to close the lid.

It looks like a regular internet forum to me! On the World Wide Web, part of the Internet, as others have described.

My follower who reported it to me said it looked like an interesting roleplaying community. Having not yet had the chance to verify any of you exist, I'm not sure this is as much of a help to our world as it seems, but I remain hopeful.
