Chimaera, you are tediously incomprehensible. Are you able to stop? I've been looking over the translator's log files, and I think what's going on is that they're using an unusual cognitive architecture whose concepts don't fit comfortably in most offworld languages. I suspect everyone else sounds as strange to them as they do to you. If you find it annoying, I suggest you avoid reading this thread.

Yes please! Why are mysterious supernatural beings issuing poetry threats to one another?

Hmm, I never knew poetry threats were even a thing. But now that i do, it would be nice if they stopped, even if it does look pretty and poetic.

Guuuuuys, I think it might be best to steer clear here. We do NOT know what kind of power Chimaera is packing here, and it seems kinda pissed off. And Raezenoth, you're not helping things with that silly posturing.

Now the twig animal is also being tediously incomprehensible. Do you mean to do this, twig animal? The... entities... that live in the 45th world have an intricate metaphorical culture/language composed of reference and crossreference to previous events in their world. As they say, "All is One." The twig-animal seems to be attempting to be as clear and helpful as possible within the constraints of translation.
"The Koi Pond", for example, usually refers to the shared history of the 45th, the interaction of the beings within it, the mental state of seeking knowledge/inquiry, or the mental state of relaxation/contemplation, depending on context. If you find attachments/links/some similar oddity of additional reference material, they are likely being used to show some broader context to the particular subject under discussion or illuminate where similar things have happened before.

Why is it called the 45th world? Are there 44 other worlds relevant to it in some way?

Why is it called the 45th world? Are there 44 other worlds relevant to it in some way? The denizens of the 45th world maintain that it is part of a hierarchy of some form or other, which they call the "Archons", and I have encountered travellers from other such worlds myself. Most commonly, they come from the seventh, fifty-fourth, twenty-eighth, fifth, or thousandth. So far as I can tell, the thousandth world is filled with mind-hijacking wasps and the twenty-eighth is inhabited by sentient ants. Those who come from the seventh and fifth worlds are even less comprehensible than those who live in the forty-fifth world, and I have not made any significant study of them.

Why do you throw open the Gates of the Garden so readily to these strangers? Do you not know they bring poison?

Can you understand the twig animal, Dr. Realist? He knows the words well enough to hum the tune.

I would like to understand the twig animal, but I mostly do not. As the... Firefly-fox-twig-thing says, I can usually get the gist. What would you like translated, specifically?
