Raezenoth, do you use some form of magic? If you have no followers, what makes you a god, as opposed to... well, something else?

This place is definitely the strangest thing that's ever happened to me, and it has some competition for that title...

... er, that was an odd thing to find coming over the bus radio. I wonder if it is some kind of performance piece ...

... wait, it just repeated what I faint-tapped. I was sure I didn't have the outbound channel on. What is going on? ...

... And it's still doing it. This is very strange. There must be something broken in the radio. I'll have to stop in at the repair room when I make it to Po-ma-ta-ma-ma-krik-pop. ...
... If I'm being included in, whatever sort of performance this is, I suppose I should introduce myself. (Heh, this is so odd. But, better than listening to more political "news" or what passes for ka-tap-pip music broadcast around here.) ...
Hi, whoever you are! I'm nik-ka-whir-tak-tak-ka-whir-bu, itinerant bus pilot of the good, old (not THAT old, all zir joints work!) op-nak-rheet-pop-ta-whir bus. I'm two thirds of the way through the trip to Po-ma-ta-ma-ma-krik-pop, with a cargo of well-padded (and pre-paid) folks who mutually-associated over their need for such travel. It's a living. ...

Uh, someone who's been here longer want to explain this to our newcomer? Please don't be startled, but we can hear you. Well. In a manner of speaking.

... Hm, I hadn't realized the bus was close enough to any two-way signal stations to enable such quick communication, but I suppose it is. Maybe there were new ones installed since I last traveled to Po-ma-ta-ma-ma-krik-pop. ...
... Hello, Mii-rrr-ah. (What an odd sounding name -- how *do* you make your communication digits form such a short "rrr"? Nevermind, it's probably just some kind of audio effect, to add to the "other-worldly" qualities of this performance piece.) (Wait, I didn't mean to have that last bit included!) ...

I’d try, but if bus piloting is as dangerous in that world as bus driving is in mine (not very, unless the driver becomes distracted), it might be better to wait. This can be a bit surprising and distracting.

Hello! I'm Captain Viridian of the D.S.S. Souleye. It's a bit strange for there to be a ViFi signal out here in the void between dimensions, and Doctor Violet, our navigation and comms officer, still hasn't figured out exactly where it's coming from, but I decided I might as well register and start posting.

Hello! I am Lantern. I like gliding, reading, and doing art! I don't have a job right now, unless my current (ha) sometimes-employment of generating electricity counts.

Gliding, person makes a material stretches and holds air - glider -, wears it, goes to an edge of a city, jumps off and air pushes up on the inside of glider. Going around in circles, like flight, lots of fun! Some people, wait until after jump to make glider, this is stupid and endangering, do not do it. Some people, afraid of falling. If done right, gliding is not endangering, but afraid anyway, so do not glide if you would be afraid because fear is not fun.
