Thorn: all I can tell is that whatever's happening isn't directly affecting the forum itself.
There are a lot of ways to be dangerous, and I'm not all-knowing. Reading the books wouldn't cause his head to spontaneously catch fire or anything, but that doesn't mean they're necessarily safe.

Thorn: That's very interesting. I've copied the files you uploaded to my personal system.
I do note that I'm seeing the same thing Lines mentioned on initial examination (that is, the files do not directly open, but I see brief text previews when examining the files)... but I'm physically in the Grid, and so are your attachments, so making copies was straightforward enough.
The issue here is probably formatting; text would be significantly easier to work with. I am an Apokalypsi specialist, though; data format shouldn't be an insurmountable problem for me. I would be shocked if it takes more than a couple of hours to crack your compression scheme and get your files into a readable format, though I'll need to be in my lab, not out here in the Grid.
I'll get back to you tomorrow, probably with a number of files of my own to share.

I managed to unpack the files into something readable. Still working through them; it's a lot of material. I'll reciprocate with a few documents describing my own world. History.txt (6.39 KB) Bardo.txt (17.03 KB) Lemuria.txt (13.14 KB)
