As far as I can tell, I am from the same world as Leaf.

I am from the world called the Uplides. It is more of a cluster of habitable space rock kept together with arcane magic, but it is still considered to have an Earth. So it's safe to say that my world is magical. At this time it is AD 2636 during an era called the Magic Era, when the use of magic is becoming more widespread and accessible.

I'm from Toppled. Here one cannot create anything without some kind of opposite forming at the same time. Father got over this limitation by creating evil things and getting them to keep in line through threats of violence(from me) and creating social structures that reward prosocial behaviour.
Father then wrote the laws of nature, a Universe wide magical effect that operates at an Arcane Might of 1 and causes intelligent and non intelligent life spontaneously generate from high concentrations of Energy over a time frame of 10-14 Billion years. He then made two such concentrations from positive and negative Energy and further divided them into matter and antimatter, creating the Four Universes. This creates an uncaring world that's actually pretty horrible, but with the pre-toppled balance he was able to instantiate checks and balances that limits the horrible. For example a comprehensive afterlife and an extermination agency for Bad Things(That's me.).
As for Magic, Father hordes all the Push Arcane Might and the Devils have some of the Pull, but everyone can subcontract up to a hundred of each from him. As an Ael I can do that trivially and access any programs anyone ever wrote. Arcane Might lets you shape and move Energy according to any algorithm you can think of. A soul lets you compile these algorithms into ever more complex applications and provides a consistent entity through life cycles.
Searching for "Earth" gives me trillions of hits about farming. "Planet Earth" is still like a million. Looking for humans however reminds me of that nifty place where I picked up those cool guns a few millennia ago. I switched my profile picture to how I looked back than. Gosh that's old... It was called Erde I think, which translates to Earth. They were all about shooting each other to bits there and I had a blast just joining in and cutting loose!
This Forum directly writes the bits in my router's memory with a zero Arcane Might, non-force powered effect, so either my Father is spoofing this as some kind of test of character or it's real. Following the signal out of the universe I travelled along the line for a few hours and over 3^^^^3 diameters of the Universes without finding the end. I am beginning to suspect that were I to arrive in one of your universes by simple displacement I would be smaller than whatever passes for an Atom there, seeing as Father is afraid of there existing another, potentially hostile, God of equal power somewhere, it makes sense that he made our universe as small as possible, probably still shrinking at some ridiculously huge rate even as I type.

Hi! I've decided for lack of a better idea (and asking some friends of mine for their opinions!) to call my world Facet. As far as I know there is no Earth, and we definitely have magic. It's World Tree Cycle 2,304. And for neatness's sake, if you can't find where I wrote it earlier, our planet's called MESSAGE HAS BEEN SCRUBBED FOR SECURITY REASONS. Sorry it took so long!

My local plane is called Midgard, which I guess can do just as well as a name for the whole thing. If Pop Tart wanted to have it named after his plane he should have invented the quantum transdimensional thingiemabob. We have an Earth, it's 2013 CE, and we don't have any magic. ...has it occurred to anyone else that pretty much every species is going to name its home planet a variant of "earth" or "ground" or "home" or something like that? It doesn't necessarily mean they're the same planet. I mean, Pop Tart's planet's name translates to "Godyard," he tells me, but Asgardians are stuck-up pricks. Anyway. My planet is the third one out from a yellow star; its continents look like this. If that looks unfamiliar, you might want to try turning it upside down; I don't want us to misidentify a planet just because it comes from a world where South America colonized Europe for a change. Planets like this one are named Terra.

How do you get between dimensions without magic? I think one of the earlier writers listed a description of what traits made a planet Earth.

So far it seems that the people who don’t have a Terra (are you sure that going to a Latin word which also has the various extra meanings is going to help?) decide to name their planet something else, but I suppose we could be mistaken about the Earths being the same. In any case, that map matches mine (at least in the broad details; I haven’t checked each country).
We also have myths about Norse gods calling this realm Midgard and their realm Asgard, but as far as I can tell those are in fact myths here. I’m also fairly sure none of the Norse gods had a name that was related to pastries.

Confirm map of Earth for Nexus, basically, modulo a thousand years of tectonic and political activity. And I second Andrew's doubts about Latin helping.

Interdimensional travel is a simple matter of rerouting the delta region of the matter stream so that it intersects with the time-matter field plasma until you get where you want to go.
I figure we can run through other languages: Spanish, Chinese, Punjabi, Kree, y'know.
Your Asgardians are mythological? Lucky bastards.
I call him Pop Tart because he's obsessed with them. His actual name's Thor.
Can you believe that our Thor made up a bunch of myths about his brother being evil to troll him and then two thousand years later it turns out his brother is actually evil? Jesus. I really hope this doesn't make Emo Kid take up fucking horses.

This forum has pretty good translation, but I'm not sure it's good enough to let us use versions of the same word in multiple languages to reliably disambiguate something. And I'm not even totally sure what you're trying to disambiguate.

I think Toni’s trying to disambiguate between the planet with the map she posted, commonly called “Earth” by its English-speaking inhabitants, and any other life-supporting body with inhabitants uncreative enough to name it after the dirt.

It should work most of the time, but occasionally we get someone whose language is structured really differently, and that kind of translation tends to be lossier.

Those map lines are definitely not familiar to me, but the shape is correct. And we use the term Æsir for our Asgard deities. Loki is not a very popular deity because he tends to be highly fickle. Thor is more popular, but he competes against Zues, who is possibly one of the most popular deities. I'm glad to finally see some familiar names on this site.

Confirming that all my world's land-masses are where that map predicts they are, aside from a couple differences that I can easily put down to your worlds not having Leviathan around to sink islands. There are more differences in terms of political borders, but I think that still basically confirms my Earth as the right planet. Also, after this post from Andrew, I've decided that it actually does make sense to designate Haywire as magic.

I am going to continue referring to the planet in question as "Earth" in the index. If the legitimacy of the various Earths is a concern, perhaps someone could make a post listing the commonly-shared features of Earths so that people can verify that their Earth is the recurring one. Having the comparison information here is unwise because people won't know where it is. I would offer to make the post myself but I am not from an Earth.
(For what it's worth, my planet's name is a Nimoran word meaning "blessed place").
