Never heard of that one, but you can't judge all movie remakes like that. Look at Charlie's Angels movie, they are great! You said that your world is in 2015, didn't you? You probably haven't gotten there yet. I appreciate that humans have their ... amusements. But they make a lot of work for me. Believe me, ST:TLS was not worth ending the world for. Tip to deal with humans: Make it very clear that you are talking about the end of the world. Now, elaborate on how a Star Trek movie can cause the end of the world?

Now, elaborate on how a Star Trek movie can cause the end of the world? It was an anachronism -- a movie about time travel, set in a future which had become the present, that was the same as and yet different from a movie in the past. And then there were the cosplayers. You wouldn't understand -- humans don't. So in any case, there was a time break, and it was a messy job to clean up. It's kept me busy. Tip to deal with time: let old things lie. They're dangerous in ways you can't comprehend.

I mean, I am pretty sure several people did remakes of time travel movies. Not sure if they had many cosplayers.

Well, it doesn't happen with every movie remake; the right things all have to fall into place for time to take advantage. I think the key factor in this case was that they decided to make a remake in 2264, which was when the original Star Trek was set. That's just the sort of thing time would latch on to. Besides, if we're doing our job right, you'll never even hear about anything happening. I don't have any way of checking if it's true of other universes, but I can't imagine it's not. After all, you have time, don't you? And elements?

After all, there appears to be a spider and a bat on this forum. And some people who are neither humans nor elements, which is ... confusing. But it wouldn't make any sense for you not to have time. That seems fundamental -- I don't know what a universe without time would even be like.

Well, you know how everyone can take as long as they want to think when they're about to take an action? It's like that, except the jerk whose turn it is never actually takes said turn.

I assume this is a ... metaphor? It's a rather confusing one. I promise you, I know much more about time than you do, and this is not how it works. Time is like a corridor. It surrounds all things, and it passes through all things. You can't see it -- only sometimes, and it's dangerous.

Also, you couldn't possibly know more about time than I do, because I know exactly how time works. I was there at the council meeting where it was implemented. I could explain, but that would be boring. Unless, of course, it works differently in my world than it does in yours? But that should be almost as surprising to you as a world in which there is no time, in which case my work here is done.

Sapphire, I don't know about any other universes because I'm not them, but I know that the kind of element you talk about being and the kind of time you talk about having aren't the kind of time or elements that I have. It sounds like the kind of time you have would be even harder to do than the kind I'm doing already, and kind of mean! I would not like to make the end of the world happen just because of some people telling stories. I wouldn't like to make the end of the world happen at all.
